How long have we worked together?:

Since 2008

Leith’s Dining, the heritage brand of Levy UK, at Hever Castle delivers day visitor catering for over 320,00 visitors annually, as well as on-site weddings, meetings, events and hotel catering for 28 bedrooms at the popular Kent heritage site.

Quick Facts:

The partnership is responsible for driving all hospitality and day visitor catering as well as event business for the estate, dating back to the 13th century, and set over 600 acres.

Leith’s Dining serves thousands of visitors who flock every week to enjoy the award winning gardens, summer festival line-up, weekly jousting tournaments and 34 acre boating lake.

Client Objectives:

Develop public and event food and drink at the estate to complement the visitor experience, including an upgrade of the Moat Restaurant and Guthrie Pavilion Restaurant & Café menus, and the introduction of seasonal mobile offers and pop-ups.

The Moat Restaurant underwent a refurbishment in early 2016, modernising and re-designing the counters to speed up transaction time and aid with customer flow. In May 2017 we launched a bookable afternoon tea offer that is available on selected days throughout the year in the Astor Wing and also introduced a new Prosecco pop-up.

Since the Levy UK partnership began, Hever Castle has achieved:

  •        Overall Sales increase of 68.1% from first full year in 2009 to 2016 within Day Visitor and C&E business
  •        C&E revenues increased by 130% since year ending 2009
  •        Day Visitor Sales increased by 42.4%
